A Bit More About Us

And Our Team

Valleys Steps has been formed using the Wales Wellbeing Bond. Promoted by the Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) and financed by the Community Investment Fund (CIF).

The CIF exists to bring together different sources of social funding with the view to investing in schemes that are preventative in nature, will reduce demand on public services and will generate savings that will repay the initial investment.

Valleys Steps is  an independent company limited by guarantee with charitable status. It is run by a full-time Service Manager who is responsible to the Trustees.

Valleys Steps has been operational since October 2015. The extended team was formed in early 2016 and is looking forward to delivering this exciting new initiative across the wider Cwm Taf area.
