Opportunity to attend a free MBSR course
For a limited time only Valleys Steps are offering the chance to attend a free of charge Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course.
Courses will be held at Abercynon Library on a Tuesday morning and will last 8 weeks.
Start date Tuesday 9th January 9.30am-12 noon
Places are limited and registration is required to attend
MBSR was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, it has been proven to be beneficial and is taught across the world. This can be viewed as a advanced level mindfulness course, It is a opportnity to learn more and establish a meditation practice.
